We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect on you will only be use for lawful puposes and we will never give, sell, lease or in any way make available the information you supply us with to any other organization or individual.

SPAM

We do not tolerate SPAM in any form. We will never send you unsolicited emails.

CONTACTING YOU

On occasion, we may need to contact you for the following reasons:

1. When we approve or reject or remove your listing.
2. To inform you important updates regarding our Directory website.
3. When there is a requirement to edit your listing (in case of errors or category changes etc), we may want to send you an email outlining any changes that have been made.
4. If you modify your listing in any way after it has been approved, it will go back into pending status and an email will be sent out to you once we review your amendments.

REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSSION

When you register with us, we ask you to supply us with certain personal information as follows:

REQUIRED INFORMATION UPON REGISTRATION AS MEMBER:

1. Your email address. This is needed to confirm your identity and protect us from Spam submissions, and for us to contact you if any changes are made to your listing. Email confirmation link will be send to you upon registration, you will only be able to submit listing or sponsor ad after you confirm your email.
2. Your Name. Required to identify you as the listing owner. This need not be your real name and is only used to associate your registration with your listings.

VOLUNTARY/OPTIONAL INFORMATION UPON LISTING SUBMISSION:

1. An address. Only required if you wiish to display your business address along with your listing. This is also required if you wish to display maps with your listing.
2. Contact number, business registration number. Optional, just for additional information for the visitors.
3. A Personal Bio. Required only if you wish to display an author info with your submissions, otherwise not mandatory.
4. Your website URL. Other than URL's associated with any submissions you make, we require your personal URL if you wish to display a Bio with your submissions. Otherwise not mandatory.

COOKIES

We use session cookies to keep you logged in while accessing our site. Cookies are not used for general browsing.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You may, at any time, place a request for your account with us to be removed. This must be made via the email address you initially registered with us.

Please note that any submissions that were made using this account will also be deleted. Once deleted, you will receive one final email from us confirming that your account has been removed.

Please also note that once an account has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
